Terms & Conditions

IndiGo offers all-inclusive fares starting from Rs. 9499/- for return flight bookings made through all channels during the Offer Period (“Offer”).
Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore discounts will be provided to customer’s subject to availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
Discount is not applicable on airport charges and Government taxes.
The Offer is valid only on non-stop/Connecting flights on various sectors across IndiGo’s International network.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion.
This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable. Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference.
The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.

The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Promotion Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

About IndiGo

IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Limited) is an Indian low-cost airline headquartered at Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Being a low-cost carrier, the airline offers only economy class seating. To keep fares low, IndiGo does not provide complimentary meals on any of its flights, though it does have a buy-on board in-flight meal programme. No in-flight entertainment is available. Hello 6E, the in-flight magazine published by IndiGo, is available for passengers to read. The airline offers premium services, such as a pre-assigned seat, multiple cancellations and priority check-in, to its passengers who are willing to pay a higher fare.

IndiGo Baggage info

Free checked baggage allowance for every adult and child includes: regular fare: 15 kgs, return fare: 15 kgs. The dimensions of the checked baggage should not exceed 62 inches in the sum of length, breadth and width. Passengers can book prepaid excess baggage 6 hours prior to departure at the rates mentioned on the company’s official website.

How to Book

It aims to provide stress-free experience to their customers all along. Customers have access to information, customer care, etc. through the website or mobile application. A 24/7  Call Centre is also available with the numbers: +91 99 10 38 38 38 or +91 124 6613838 Customers can also book their tickets at any IndiGo Airport Counter or through any travel agency. They often go live with Sales where it provides special fares for certain sectors. As a norm, the airline does not accept personal cheques for payments. A mobile number is mandatory for booking a flight. It does not allow animals on its aircraft. Changes to the name, origin of travel and destination of travel are not allowed. Changes to date and time must be made two hours before the scheduled departure. With the difference in fare, passengers get a credit that can be applied to travel in IndiGo for twelve months from the date of issue or get a refund on their card.
